  • 1 cup/150g of mixed frozen berries (strawberries and blueberries)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup of ice

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. For about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
