- 1 medium avocado
- 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- To a high-speed blender or a food processor, add all the ingredients.
- Blend for 4-5 minutes. Add a tiny more almond milk if needed to help the blending.
- If using a food processor, make sure you stop a few times to scrape off the sides for an even blend.
- Dollop the smoothie onto a bowl and add your favorite keto toppings!
