- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 large kiwi
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/2 apple
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of coconut water
Instructions
- To a blender, add the fresh kiwi and spinach first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes, or until smooth!
- Pour the smoothie into a cup, and enjoy immediately.
