- 1 teaspoon minced ginger root
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 red or green apple (cored and diced)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients as instructed.
- Add them all to a high-speed blender and blend for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the smoothie over a cup filled with ice if you like and enjoy!
