The recipe makes 1 smoothie.
Calories per smoothie: 96
Ingredients:
1 cup/150g of sliced peaches
1/2 cup/100ml of unsweetened almond milk or coconut water
1 tbsp of detox superfood blend
Method:
Remove the seed from the peaches and add the flesh together with the rest of the ingredients in a blender & blitz all ingredients together.
