- 1 apple cored and diced (I used gala)
- 1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/2 cup of almond milk unsweetened
Instructions
- Core and slice the apple into chunks.
- Wash the spinach.
- Add the mango and apple first to a blender or a Nutribullet, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
- Serve and enjoy!
