We love mango in the house, we like having it in sweet and savory dishes. Do you like mango?

Anyway, this mango smoothie tastes sweet, with notes of honey, and is slightly thick because of the almond meal. The coconut comes in beautifully with refreshing notes.
A healthy mango smoothie can be made in under 5 minutes, which makes it the perfect quick drink.

If you don’t have a lot of time for breakfast, give yourself a healthy start with this delicious drink.

How To Make Mango Honey Smoothie:

Easy to make, and only needs 4 ingredients!

You will need:

1.Mango
2.Almond Flour/Meal
4.Honey
5.Coconut Milk

That’s it. You don’t need a lot to make something delicious! The method is simple – add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
You can easily make this recipe vegan, by replacing the honey with maple syrup!

Frozen mango smoothies can be made using frozen mango too. However, if you do use frozen mango, you may need to add a touch more coconut water.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups/300g of sliced mango you can use frozen too
  • 2 cups/400ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp almond meal/almond flour
  • 2 tsp of honey

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. NOTE - if you use frozen mango, you may need to add more coconut milk/water!
  • Pour over ice if you like and enjoy!

Notes

Best consumed straight away, however, you could refrigerate it and consume it the next day. Just stir it all in.
