If you have a powerful blender, blend for 1-2 minutes, if not, blend for at least 3-4 minutes.

There are some variations of this recipe that you can make, just so it can suit your taste or the ingredients you have ready to use.
Here are some ideas:
- If you are not vegan or lactose intolerant, you can use low-fat cow’s milk, which will add more protein, allowing you to feel fuller for longer.
- Instead of spinach, you can use other leafy greens you have or like, for example, kale is a great option.
- If you don’t have mango or don’t like it, use pineapple instead, or even frozen berries will work well, although it will change the taste of this green smoothie.
- You can substitute chia seeds for flaxseeds or oats.

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder
- 1 cup/150g frozen mango
- 1 handful of spinach washed
- 200 ml of almond milk unsweetened
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to your blender jug.
- Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
