Protein-packed Chicken Smoothie: a savory twist with lean chicken, blending simplicity and nutrition for a hearty, satisfying sip.

Units Scale
  • 1 cup/130g of cold cooked chicken breast (bones removed)
  • 1 handful of spinach (washed)
  • 1 heaped cup/300ml of chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup/75g of steamed cold vegetables (I used cauliflower)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (I Used Sugar-Free Protein Powder)


  1. Measure the ingredients as listed.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the chicken and spinach, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend for about 4-5 minutes, depending on the power of your blender.
  4. Serve and enjoy!


The chicken shake is best consumed immediately, however, you can also take it with you at the gym.
