Metamucil Smoothie [High Fiber]

This is a delicious Metamucil smoothie with mango and pineapple that contains healthy ingredients that work so well together.

I struggle with chronic constipation, and I often find myself needing to clear out my bowels. I love making high fiber smoothies, but sometimes I need an extra boost.

This is where fiber supplements come in handy. I love adding Metamucil powder to my smoothies because it adds a great dose of fiber, but it’s also tasteless, which doesn’t ruin my smoothies.
