- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/2 tsp minced ginger root
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 lemon juiced
Instructions
- To a high-speed blender, add the sliced cucumber first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- If using a Nutribullet, add the frozen pineapple first.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes or until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass filled with ice and enjoy!
