- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Instructions
- To a high-speed blender or a food processor, add all the ingredients.
- Blend for at least 4-5 minutes. If needed, add a touch more almond milk to help the blending.
- If using a food processor, make sure you stop a few times to scrape off the sides for an even blend.
- Dollop the smoothie onto a bowl and add your favorite toppings!
- Now dig in!
