Smoothie Variations:
The beauty of making smoothies at home is that you can customize them exactly how you want!
From swapping ingredients to adding extra ingredients, you can even add additional ingredients.
Experiment on your own, or try my suggestions below:
- Boost With Protein: Add a scoop of your favorite protein powder for extra protein.
- Boost With Seeds: Add a tablespoon of chia seeds or hemp hearts for extra nutrients.
- Swap The Sweetener: You can use honey or maple syrup instead of agave syrup.
- Hidden Greens: Fold in a handful of spinach for extra vitamins and nutrients. The spinach won’t impact the taste at all!
