- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 1/2 cup of yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of instant coffee (or 1 shot of cold espresso)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
Instructions
- To a Nutribullet, add all the ingredients starting with the peanut butter.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until completely smooth.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the thickness and sweetness if needed.
- Pour the blended smoothie into a cup and enjoy!
