Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango pieces
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon oats
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  • To a blender, add all the ingredients  in starting with the oats and peanut butter first.
  • Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into a cup and enjoy!
