- 1 cup frozen mango pieces
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 tablespoon oats
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
- To a blender, add all the ingredients in starting with the oats and peanut butter first.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a cup and enjoy!
