Dairy-Free Orange Pineapple Smoothie
- 1 Blender We used this one
- 1 meduim-sized orange peleed and seeds removed
- 1/2 cup/75g of pineapple
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp manuka honey
- 200 ml of dairy free milk
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
