- 1 medium-sized orange (peeled and seeds removed)
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 red apple cored and diced
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- To a high-speed blender, add the orange and apple first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes, or until completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a cup filled with ice if you like and enjoy!
