Smoothie Variations And Recipe Notes:

If you don’t have some of the ingredients I used in the recipe, you can swap some of them.

Feel free to experiment on your own, or try my suggestions below:

  1. Use Frozen Spinach: For a thicker cooler smoothie, use 1-2 nests of frozen spinach instead of fresh spinach.
  2. Swap The Pineapple: Use berries, bananas, or mango instead.
  3. Boost With Protein: Add kefir or yogurt (only if you are not vegan) for gut benefits and protein!
  4. Make It Sweeter: Add a teaspoon of honey, agave, or maple syrup.
  5. No Coconut Water? Use plain cold filtered or mineral water instead.
