- 1/2 cup/75g of frozen blueberries
- 1 peach pitted
- 1 large ripe banana peeled
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp almond butter unsweetened
- 1 tbsp oats
- 1 handful of spinach washed
- 200 ml almond milk unsweetened
