- 1 large peach pitted
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
Instructions
- To a high-speed blender, add the banana and spinach first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes, or until completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a cup filled with ice if you like and enjoy!
