Furthermore, because of their high amount of fiber, they are really good for your digestive system, and also for keeping you feeling fuller for longer.
How To Make Persimmon Smoothie No Banana
You will need:
- Persimmon
- Almond Butter
- Manuka Honey
- Shelled Hemp Seeds
- Almond Milk
- Turmeric
The smoothie is loaded with superfoods, and anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It’s the perfect smoothie that your body will love and appreciate!
To make this smoothie – add all the ingredients to a blender, and blitz!

Superfood Persimmon Smoothie
Equipment
- 1 Blender We used Ninja
Ingredients
- 1 persimmon diced
- 1 tbsp of almond butter
- 1 tsp of manuka honey
- 1 tbsp of shelled hemp seed hearts
- 1/4 tsp of turmeric
- 1 cup/250ml of almond milk
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend everything until completely smooth.
- Serve & Enjoy!
