- 2 medium sized dill cucumber pickles sliced
- 1/2 cup of pickle juice
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- 2–3 leaves of fresh mint
Instructions
- Drain the pickles, but keep the juice.
- Slice 2 of the pickles, and measure 1/2 cup of the pick juice.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the taste if needed.
- Pour the smoothie into a cup and enjoy!
