  • 1/2 cup/75g of pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 small banana peeled
  • 1 tsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tsp of almond butter unsweetened
  • 300 ml of low fat coconut milk unsweetened
