Thick Pineapple Avocado Smoothie
Equipment
- 1 Blender We used this one
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup/75g of pineapple chunks
- 1/4 avocado peeled and pitted
- 1/2 small banana peeled
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 1 tsp of almond butter unsweetened
- 300 ml of low fat coconut milk unsweetened
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to your blender jug.
- Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
