- Mango
- Papaya
- Citrus
- Banana
- Passionfruit
- Guava
- Coconut
- Lychee
Other non-tropical fruit that works very well with pineapple is:
- Avocado
- Cucumber

- Pomegranate
Other ingredients that go well with pineapple are:
- Chia Seeds
- Cashew Nuts

Is It Better To Juice Or Blend Pineapple?
To juice or not to juice? It’s a dilemma around the juicing and smoothie community.
However, we discovered that making smoothies out of the fruit rather than juicing them has more benefits because you tend to use the pulp of the fruit, sometimes the skin too, not just their juice.
So, definitely blend pineapple rather than juice it.
Does Pineapple Help Flatten Your Stomach?
Pineapple is linked to weight loss, however, the only way to lose weight is by moving more and eating better.
Calories also play an important role in your weight loss. Eat less, move more and you should see the results you want. Pineapple can aid weight loss, but it alone won’t help you drop the pounds.
