- 1 cup frozen banana slices

- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/3 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup non-fat milk
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the frozen banana and milk.
- Blend until smooth. It should take about 4-5 minutes to achieve smooth and creamy consistency.
