However, here’s a quick list of some of the best fruits that work with plums:

Can We Mix Plum With Milk?

There isn’t necessarily anything negative about adding milk to plums. However, some people report stomach aches and even diarrhea in some instances.
But, this could be due to lactose intolerance/sensitivity.

We have used dairy-free milk in this recipe, so no need to worry about this.

You will need:

The smoothie comes out thick, and perfectly sweet. No added sweeteners were added or required, it tastes perfectly fine without them!
The smoothie is relatively low on calories, and yet it’s quite filling!

To make this smoothie – add all the ingredients to a blender, and blitz!
