Smoothie Customization Options And Recipe Notes

Customize this smoothie easily with my suggestions below:

  • If you fancy a frozen peach smoothie with yogurt, make sure you freeze sliced peaches for at least 12 hours before adding them to your blender.
  • Instead of bananas, you can use mango or even pineapple.
  • If you don’t have flaxseeds, use chia seeds, or even use nut butter.
  • For a vegan option, use vegan-friendly yogurt instead of dairy Greek yogurt.
  • Swap the orange for 1/2 cup of fresh berries of choice.

Add-Ins:

  1. Boost The Protein: Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder, which complements the yogurt and peaches beautifully.
  2. Greens: Add a handful of kale or spinach for a nutrient boost without impacting the taste of the smoothie.
  3. Nutty Goodness Add a tablespoon of nut butter like almond or cashew butter for a nutty undertone.
