Each recipe goes through several different variations by using different sets of ingredients.

I am going to leave some options for you to change this raw vegan green smoothie, based on some of the variations that I have tested that came out tasty.

  • If you cannot find 100% pure raw coconut water, you can use plain water.
  • If you have available, use homemade raw dairy-free milk instead of the coconut water.
  • Swap the kale for spinach or other leafy green.
  • For a variety of color and different nutrients, introduce another vegetable, such as a raw beetroot, or a carrot.
  • If you prefer sweeter smoothies, free to add 1/2 cup of frozen berries.
  • Not a fan of cucumbers? Simple use an extra handful of leafy greens, and leave the cucumbers out of the recipe.
  • For an aromatic smoothie, add 2-3 leaves of fresh mint.
  • For an anti-inflammatory boost, add 1/2 teaspoon of freshly minced ginger root.
