Easy Raw Triple Green Smoothie
Revitalize your day with this Green Raw Smoothie Recipe – a nutrient-packed blend of vibrant greens for a refreshing, healthy, and energizing sip.

Ingredients
- 1/2 large avocado (skin removed)
- 1 handful of kale (washed)
- 4–5 pitted dates
- 1 handful of spinach
- 4–5 slices of cucumber (washed and peeled if desired)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut water (100% coconut water)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Depending on the power of your blender, it shouldn’t take more than 3-4 minutes to achieve the perfect smooth consistency!
- Serve and enjoy!

- If you cannot find 100% pure raw coconut water, you can use plain water.
- If you have available, use homemade raw dairy-free milk instead of the coconut water.
- Swap the kale for spinach or other leafy green.
- For a variety of color and different nutrients, introduce another vegetable, such as a raw beetroot, or a carrot.
- If you prefer sweeter smoothies, free to add 1/2 cup of frozen berries.
