How To Make Sea Moss Smoothie For Weight Loss

I have been making smoothies with sea moss for a long time now.

I have tested different variations and ingredient combinations of each smoothie I have made with sea moss.

For that reason I will leave some optional ingredient swaps or extra ingredients you could add to this smoothie and change it should you want to.

I have tested all of the recommendations, so rest assured, they do work!

  1. No Banana: Swap the banana for mango or pineapple if you don’t like bananas.
  2. Vegan Smoothie: For a vegan smoothie variation, use agave or maple syrup instead of honey.
  3. The Smoothie Base: Swap the almond milk for another dairy-free alternative, or use coconut water.
  4. Protein Boost: Add 1/2 cup of yogurt or a scoop of protein powder.
  5. Tangy Twist: Squeeze 1 lemon or lime and add the juice to your smoothie.
  6. The Greens: Swap the spinach for kale or watercress if you don’t mind the pepperiness.
