  • 1/3 cup of silken tofu
  • 1/4 avocado (pitted and peeled)
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries (frozen)
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup
  • 1 cup of soy milk

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend everything until completely smooth.
  3. Serve & Enjoy!
