  • 1/2 cup/75g of frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp of chopped walnuts or other nuts of choice, even nut butter
  • 1 spinach
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup/250ml coconut water

  • Blend everything until completely smooth.
