This is one of our favorite smoothies to make, when we have leftovers of this and that, typically greens such as kale and spinach, as well as frozen mixed berries hanging around.
No added sweetness is added to this smoothie. The only smoothness comes from the frozen berries, and it’s truely enough!

- 1 Blender we use this one
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of kale
- 1/2 cup/75g of mixed frozen berries
- 1 tbsp of almond butter
- 1/2 cup/125ml of coconut water
Instructions
- Wash the kale. Then add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender, and blitz until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
