Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp of hemp seed butter
  • 2 tsp of cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup/75g of frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup/250ml of dairy-free milk

  • To make this chocolate hemp protein smoothie - all you need to do is add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy.

This Smoothie With Hemp Seeds is chocolate and blueberry flavored, the perfect healthy drink for an energy and nutrient boost. Blueberry hemp smoothie needs only a handful of ingredients and it’s done in under 3 minutes.
All the magic happens in the blender. We used hemp seed butter to make this hemp protein powder smoothie, but you can use hemp seed hearts or hemp protein powder.

Smoothie With Hemp Seeds

The beauty of this smoothie recipe is that you can adjust it to your liking and preference easily. If you don’t have/like blueberry, use another berry or fruit. If the smoothie isn’t sweet enough for you, add more sweetness. If you don’t want it chocolatey,  don’t add cacao powder, instead use extra hemp protein powder and a touch of vanilla. How much hemp powder in smoothie though? Around 1-2 small scoops are plenty.

How much hemp seeds to put in smoothie? Around 2-3 tablespoons would be enough.

You will need:

2. Dairy-Free milk
3. Frozen or fresh blueberries
4. Cacao Powder
