What Is a Sour Apple Smoothie?

It is exactly what you think it is – a smoothie made with sour apples!
However, we did want to add something extra and used unripe kiwi – for extra sourness. Oh yes!
Be aware that the riper the kiwi, the sweeter it is, so make sure you use an unripe one for extra sourness!

Also, the good news, this smoothie is totally dairy-free and vegan-friendly, so whatever your diet – this smoothie will suit you!

How Do You Blend An Apple?

You have to do some prep before you attempt to blend an apple. It’s imperative, that you core the apple and dice it before blending it.
You don’t want any of the seeds in there, and by dicing it, you help your blender a little bit in breaking the apple up.

How To Make Sour Green Apple Smoothie Recipe

You will need:

This smoothie comes out thick, refreshing, and so filling!
Add all the ingredients to a blender, and blitz!
