Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon of green spirulina powder
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 cup of frozen banana slices
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 soft pitted dates (or a teaspoon of maple syrup)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by measuring them, and washing the fresh spinach.
  2. To a blender, add the spinach and avocado first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend for 3-4 minutes, or until smooth and creamy. Taste the smoothie and adjust if needed (sweetness ,thickness, etc)
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass cup and enjoy!
