- 1/2 avocado
- 1 teaspoon of green spirulina powder
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 cup of frozen banana slices
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 soft pitted dates (or a teaspoon of maple syrup)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by measuring them, and washing the fresh spinach.
- To a blender, add the spinach and avocado first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes, or until smooth and creamy. Taste the smoothie and adjust if needed (sweetness ,thickness, etc)
- Pour the smoothie into a glass cup and enjoy!
