Bananas and apples can absolutely mix together. In fact, they complement each other very well.
You see, apples are quite watery and their structure isn’t holding as well as bananas when blended. So combining both of them together creates a thick and satisfying smoothie.

You will need:

  • Apple
  • Strawberries
  • Banana
  • Chia Seeds
  • Almond Milk

The smoothie comes out thick, delicious and so refreshing. It’s totally dairy-free and suitable for vegans.

To make this smoothie – add all the ingredients to a blender, and blitz!

  • 1 small apple
  • 1/2 cup/75g of frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp of almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 cup/250ml of almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend everything until completely smooth.
  • Serve & Enjoy!
