Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 3–4 leaves of fresh mint (or 1–2 drops of peppermint extract)
- 1 tbsp lime juice (or lemon juice)
- 1 cup coconut water
- 3–4 ice cubes (Plus extra to serve)
Instructions
- To a blender, add the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth. Mine took 3 minutes.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass cup. Decorate with fresh mint, strawberries, and ice.
