- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 tablespoon oats
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
Instructions
- To a blender, add the spinach and oats first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes or until smooth.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy!
