We are strangely obsessed with this smoothie, although it doesn’t have sugar in it, it’s somehow really tasty? You will have to try it to really know what we mean!
This sugar-free smoothie is tangy, creamy, and simply delicious. This keto smoothie is also really refreshing. We used frozen avocado, which gave it this cold freshness.
Naturally low carb, dairy-free, and vegan.
This keto smoothie also has got detox properties and tons of fiber. Really amazing smoothie to drink for an optimal nutrient boost.
The best thing about smoothies is, that you can blend all the fruit and veg you don’t like to eat, and drink them up and never know the difference.
If you don’t like avocado or spinach, adding them to your smoothie is the best way to eat more of them.
How To Make Sugar-Free Keto Smoothie:
You will need:
1. Frozen Avocado Pulp
2. Unsweetened Almond Milk
4. Fresh Lemon Juice
If you don’t have frozen avocado, peel, and stone a fresh one, and pop it in the freezer for an hour.
Once the avocado is frozen, pop all the ingredients into a blender, and blitz until smooth.
You can use non-frozen avocado, but we highly recommend that you do use frozen one for more refreshing deliciousness.

- 1 cup + 2 tbsp/260ml of unsweetened almond milk
- A handfuk/25g of fresh spinach
- Juice of half a lemon
