Thick Refreshing Blackberry Smoothie that’s super delicious and refreshing. This blackberry smoothie is a delicious and vibrant-looking smoothie, that can be done in under 5 minutes. it’s thick, refreshing, and it’s also dairy-free and vegan!
The color of this smoothie man is just amazing! It’s this dark purple color, we are literally obsessed with it.
We didn’t think of doing a blackberry smoothie until we found some blackberries on a sale in the store.
Just like many other fruits, a lot of them are underrated and not so popular. But they all have their own unique uses and benefits, and I believe blackberries are definitely up there and should be used more.
We did a little research and found that they are really good for you, and can be used in different ways. But since we are the smoothie makers, we thought to make a smoothie of course.
Here is a quick overview of the benefits of blackberries:
There are 43 calories per 100g/about 2/3 cup of blackberries.
1. They contain a good dose of vitamin C and Vitamin K
2.They have a good amount of fiber
3.…And protein
4.They are high in manganese
5.And they help support oral health as well
How To Make Blackberry Smoothie:
Only a handful of ingredients are needed, we found this combination of ingredients worked best.
1.Fresh Blackberries
2.Frozen Mango
3.Coconut Water
4.Fresh Mint Leaves
We tried the recipe using regular tap water, and it worked fine, so if you don’t have coconut water, feel free to just use regular water.
All the ingredients are added to a high-speed blender and blitzed until completely smooth. 2-3 minutes should be enough.

Thick Refreshing Blackberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup/150g of frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup/220ml of coconut water
- 2/3 cup/100g of fresh blackberries
- 3-4 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until completely smooth. If the blender is struggling to blend, add more coconut water.
- Serve and enjoy!
