Vietnamese Avocado Smoothie [4-Ingredients]

Have you ever heard of the Vietnamese avocado smoothie or also known as ‘Sinh Tố Bơ’? We didn’t know about it either, until recently.

One of our friends introduced us to it, and we HAD to make a copycat version of it ASAP and share it with y’all.

Vietnamese Avocado Smoothie

Vietnamese Avocado Smoothie (Sinh Tố Bơ) Taste:

If you are someone who is looking for a sweet smoothie, that is creamy and rich, you have got to try this recipe.

This smoothie is more of a dessert drink than a healthy smoothie, but who cares, we all deserve a treat every once and a while, right?

This Asian avocado smoothie tastes sweet, but it’s also really creamy and rich. It’s cold, and refreshing, due to the use of ice in the recipe.

You have got to try it for yourself, we think you will absolutely love it.

Vietnamese Avocado Smoothie Ingredients

Vietnamese Avocado Smoothie Ingredients

A classic Vietnamese smoothie is made using 3 main ingredients:

  • Condensed Milk
  • Avocado
  • Ice

We added some plant milk in our copycat recipe because we didn’t want to use that much-condensed milk.

We kinda wanted to make a Vietnamese avocado smoothie healthy, but it still contains a lot of sugar, but using less condensed milk, and a bit of plant milk is a great way to cut down on the sugar.

If you are not bothered by the sugar, and you just want to indulge, then do not use any plant milk, and instead double the amount of condensed milk listed in the recipe below.

How To Make Vietnamese Avocado Dessert Drink

Gather your ingredients, and simply add them to your blender.

Blend until completely smooth. You want a thick consistency. However, if your blender is struggling to blend the ingredients, gradually add more liquid to help.

Do it in stages though, as you do not want to make it too runny either.
