- 1/2 medium-sized avocado (pitted, peeled, and diced)
- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices (or 1 small fresh ripe banana)

Instructions
- Once the avocado is prepared, and the watermelon as well all you need to do is add all your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- I blended for 3 minutes which created the perfect smooth consistency. But you may need to blend longer, depending on your blender.
