  • 1 small avocado /60g peeled stoned diced and frozen
  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp/260ml of unsweetened almond milk
  • A handfuk/25g of fresh spinach
  • Juice of half a lemon


  • If you don't have frozen avocado, peel, and stone a fresh one, and pop it in the freezer for an hour.
  • Once the avocado is frozen, pop all the ingredients into a blender, and blitz until smooth.
  • Serve & Enjoy!


You can use non-frozen avocado, but we highly recommend that you do use frozen one for more refreshing deliciousness.
