Whip up a Kid-Approved Smoothie, a delicious blend of fruits that’s sure to win over even the pickiest eaters with its taste and fun colors!

  • Total Time: 4 minutes
  • Yield: 2 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup low fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Instructions

  • To a blender (I used my Nutribullet 600) add the yogurt and blueberries first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  • Blend for 4-5 minutes. I recommend that you blend for longer than you would normally. You don’t want any bits that could cause choking.
  • Pour the smoothie into a cup and give it to your kiddo!
