  • 1/2 cup/80g plain halva (shop for halva here.)
  • 1/2 cup/120g plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup/110ml milk (preferably almond milk)


  1. Add the ingredients when they are measured to a blender or a nutribullet.
  2. Close the lid of the blender and blend for 2-3 minutes, until you reach a smooth consistency.
  3. Serve and enjoy.

The Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1/4 tsp of ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp of honey

The process:
