- 1 handful of spinach (washed)
- 1/2 cup of ice cubes
- 1 cup cold water
Instructions
- To a blender, add the spinach and berries first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
- Pour into a glass cup filled with ice if you like and enjoy!
