- 1 peeled raw beetroot (or steamed unflavoured beetroot)
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 large banana
- 1 handful of spinach (washed)
- 1 cup coconut water
Instructions
- Prepare all your ingredients and measure them as listed in the ingredient list.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. For about 4-5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
