- 1 large kiwi
- 1/4 cup of diced celery rib
- 1 tsp minced ginger root (freshly minced)
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup of ice-cold water
Instructions
- If using organic kiwi, do not peel the skin, it contains so much fiber!
- Slice the kiwi, and mince the ginger.
- Add the frozen pineapple first to a high-speed blender or a Nutribullet, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
- Pour over extra ice for freshness, and drink!
