Boost your health with this celery kiwi ginger smoothie. A blend that combines the detoxifying properties of celery, the vitamin-rich kiwi, and the spicy kick of ginger.

Ingredients

  • 1 large kiwi
  • 1/4 cup of diced celery rib
  • 1 tsp minced ginger root (freshly minced)
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup of ice-cold water

Instructions

  1. If using organic kiwi, do not peel the skin, it contains so much fiber!
  2. Slice the kiwi, and mince the ginger.
  3. Add the frozen pineapple first to a high-speed blender or a Nutribullet, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour over extra ice for freshness, and drink!
