- 1 cup frozen pineapple slices (See notes*)
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 small scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup coconut milk from a can
- 1/3 cup water
Instructions
- If you don’t have pre-frozen pineapple slices, see the notes below.
- Add all of your ingredients to a powerful blender or a food processor, starting with the frozen pineapple slices.
- Process until completely smooth, stopping and scraping the sides a few times for a consistent blend.
- Serve the creamy mixture in your favorite smoothie bowls and add your desired toppings.
- Now dig in!

*Calories do not include any toppings!
**If you don’t have pre-frozen pineapple chunks, you will need to freeze some yourself. Slice the peel off a large pineapple, then dice the flesh into chunks. Spread the pineapple in a large baking tray and place the tray in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. Transfer the pineapple chunks to a freezer bag, and freeze for another hour before using.
