- 1/2 cup fresh dragon fruit (diced)
- 1 cup frozen mango slices
- 1/2 cup unsweetened yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
Instructions
- To a high-speed blender, add the yogurt and dragon fruit first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
- Serve, top with sliced dragon fruit, and enjoy!
